Project Phases

We follow an iterative software development methodology with overlapping phases as outlined by the diagram below. Early on in the project the type of web pages and the site design is specified (Requirements & Design Phase). Iterative cycles are then used to refine the page features and site navigation. Once a page design is determined to be stable, technical development and internal testing on that page will begin. Upon completion of development the page will be published to the demo and review site for review by the site owner (‘User Acceptance Testing’ Phase). The process will be repeated until all pages are ‘User Accepted’. Upon final acceptance the site will be installed onto the production web host and verified. Once verified the project enters the support phase.
