Basic Support Plan
The Basic Support Plan service level agreement (SLA) for website design covers defects in the site pages and the Publisher application. Issues submitted to our support group (support@dalyweb.com) will be logged and acknowledged within 3 days of receipt. The issue will be reviewed within 1 week of submission and if the assignable cause is related to site design or source code provided by us then DalyWeb agrees to fix the issue within two weeks of the date reviewed.
If the site is hosted by a third party hosting provider, DalyWeb cannot be held responsible defects that occur as a result of changes to the hosting environment or through third parties that you may contract with in the future. If an issue arises as a result of a change in the third party hosting environment, we will advise you in the hopes of resolving the issue in the most expedient manor possible. If we determine that the original website files have been modified directly (i.e., without the publisher application) by you or a third party, DalyWeb will not assume any responsibility for the defect.
